Hungarian High-Level Delegation of E-Group Visits SAST

(Correspondent: Zhai Liangkai) On August 4, a seven-member high-level delegation from the Hungarian technology company E-Group visited the School of Aerospace Science and Technology. The delegation included E-Group CEO Antal Kuthy, Chief Legal Officer Katalin Kuthy, Chief Operating Officer Ferenc Pongrácz, and senior technical experts. The meeting was attended by Zhu Wei, Secretary of the School’s Party Committee, faculty representatives, and related personnel. Wang Xiaoping, Director of the Hungarian Branch of Zhejiang Saichuang Future Venture Capital Management Co., Ltd, also participated.

Zhu Wei extended a warm welcome to the E-Group delegation and provided a brief introduction to the School’s research strengths and development directions in aerospace information and intelligent sensing. He expressed the School’s desire to establish long-term and in-depth cooperation with E-Group and emphasized the willingness to promote Sino-Hungarian collaboration in technology and education to new heights.


Antal Kuthy thanked Xidian University for its warm reception. He noted that the friendly relations between China and Hungary provide a solid foundation for technological cooperation and expressed hope for strengthening practical collaboration in space technology and artificial intelligence, as well as deepening international cooperation in the field of commercial aerospace.


During the exchange, a representative from the School detailed the overall profile, disciplinary features, and research achievements in areas such as space measurement and control communication, navigation and guidance, space exploration, and situational awareness. The E-Group delegation then comprehensively introduced their company’s technological layout and core advantages, focusing on cutting-edge areas such as space robotics, sovereign AI research and application, and their federated learning platform for artificial intelligence.

Both sides engaged in constructive discussions on topics such as space payloads, chip testing, and chip certification, laying a solid foundation for future substantive strategic cooperation agreements. Both parties expressed their willingness to advance international collaboration and explore more possibilities and details for cooperation in the future.
